Laundry & Latte SMS Terms and Conditions

The program
Laundry & Latte operates a text messaging program for Laundry & Latte (the "Program"). We send account and order notifications, pickup and delivery updates, loyalty and rewards messages, and occasional promotions from Laundry & Latte.
How you join, and consent
You join the Program by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages: in store, on a printed or digital signup form, on our website, or by texting our published keyword to our number.
Marketing texts and account texts are separate consents, collected with separate checkboxes. Agreeing to one does not sign you up for the other, and you can give either one on its own. Both are optional.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You must be at least 18 years old and be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you enroll.
Replies may be generated by an automated AI assistant. You can ask to speak with a person at any time, and we will connect you with our team.

Message frequency
Message frequency varies.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for each message you send or receive, depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to stop receiving texts. We will send one final confirmation message and then stop. You can rejoin at any time by signing up again or by replying START.

Carriers and delivery
The Program is supported on most major United States mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.
Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.
